Feel like your hip pain will just never actually go away?

You’ve tried stretching. You’ve rested. Maybe you’ve done PT, or massage that help for a bit… but the pain finds it’s way back keeping you from running, playing tennis or pickleball, or skipping workouts which makes you miserable.

Your pain doesn’t keep coming back because you are broken, it’s because the root cause hasn’t been identified and addressed yet. Identifying what that root cause is means your pain actually goes away and stays away. And that’s my specialty.

This is exactly how I will help you get rid of your hip pain for good…

Most persistent hip, back, or knee pain isn’t caused by one tight muscle or one weak area.

It’s usually the result of:

  • Your nervous system staying in protection mode

  • Compensation patterns built over years

  • One joint doing the work of another

  • Old injuries your body never fully trusted again

Until those patterns are understood, your body keeps choosing safety over freedom of movement.

Your key to getting rid of your hip pain for good is an assessment that actually tests all of those things and that’s exactly what I do for folks like you every single day.

“As someone who has been plagued by chronic hip pain for over a year and, after wasting precious time with orthopedic surgeons whose only recommendations were medications and invasive therapy, finding effective relief seemed like an impossible feat until I discovered Beth.

What this assessment is (and is not)

This is a one-on-one assessment designed for people who want real answers, not temporary relief.

✔ It is not a rushed screen:

Screens were made to find boulders (big problems or movement patterns to “fix”). This assessment finds the pea under the mattress (the root of the pain)

✔ It is not a generic workout:

Because your hip pain is unique to you! It is based on YOUR body and YOUR experiences. Generic programs assume everyone’s pain has the same cause. I help you build a program based what your body can currently tolerate and feels safe doing.

✔ It is not a “stretch more and hope” approach:

Because tightness is usually a protective response, not a flexibility problem.
Stretching something your nervous system is guarding is like banging your head against the wall, it may feel good during but the improvements rarely stick. Instead, we look at why the guarding exists, give movements that feel safe to your brain and body, and let mobility return naturally, without forcing it.

This is a deep dive into how your body.

We identify:

  • What your system is protecting

  • What movements feel safe

  • What will actually allow your hip to calm down and tolerate life again

That’s how change sticks!

This is exactly what the 90-minute assessment will look like:

During your 90 minute session, we will:

  • Review your injury and movement history

  • Assess how your nervous system is responding to load and movement

  • Look at joint-by-joint motion (hips, spine, shoulders, knees)

  • Identify compensation patterns and protective strategies

  • Test what immediately improves or worsens your symptoms

By the end, you will:

  • Understand why your pain is persisting

  • Know what your body needs to feel safer and move better

  • Leave with a clear, personalized plan forward

Regardless of how long you have been dealing with your hip pain, many clients notice decreased pain, increased mobility, and just an overall sense of feeling better in the first session. I am confident that you will, too.

This assessment is for you if:

  • You feel like your hip pain will never fully resolve

  • You wake up stiff or guarded most mornings

  • You are active but limited by pain or tightness

  • You want to stay strong and mobile as you age

  • You are tired of guessing what exercises to do

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are looking for a quick fix or passive treatment only

  • Want a discounted or free evaluation

  • Aren’t ready to do everything you can to finally get this pain to go away for good
