3 Easy tips to help you feel better in minutes!
Written by Beth Drayer on Jan. 5th 2018
Just wanted to give you some tips on how making some small changes can make big differences in how you feel!

1. Move more during your day. I know you are thinking yeah, I know I need to workout! That's not what I mean (though agree to an extent) I mean get up from your desk and move. Take a 5 minute walk to the break room to get a drink...which leads to #2
2. Drink 8 oz of fluid (water, my fav...coconut water, herbal tea, etc....just make it caffeine and alcohol free) Set your phone alarm to go off every hour....if you are in the flow that's cool, you can snooze, but only once! Take your walk and get a drink.
3. Conscious breathing. Take a deep breath in through your nose and filling your belly, not your chest, hold your breath and squeeze every muscle in your body that you can for 3 seconds then release out through your nose. Repeat 2 more times. Then take 5 more relaxed breaths in and out through your nose (I know it's cold and flu season, do the best you can!) This will leave you focused and ready to tackle your next task (or when your boss sets you off....that whole breath and count to 10 thing...actually works)
Try these for the next 7 days and see how you feel. 7 days starts a behavior, 21 days create a habit!
